When I import guests in the App it skips some of them, why?

This question comes quite often, why does the Guest List App skip some of my guests? Below you will find 3 main reasons why this happens:

  1. You have empty First or Last name fields in your guests CSV file. If one is empty, guests will not be imported.
  2. You have guests with the same Email address. Keep Emails unique, simply delete the duplicates and leave the field empty.
  3. Your CSV is missing mandatory columns. Get a template CSV file for the guests to have the right format.

Below you see an example of a well-formatted guests Excel file, none of the guests will be skipped in this case.
