This question comes quite often, why does the Guest List App skip some of my guests? Below you will find 3 main reasons why this happens:
- You have empty First or Last name fields in your guests CSV file. If one is empty, guests will not be imported.
- You have guests with the same Email address. Keep Emails unique, simply delete the duplicates and leave the field empty.
- Your CSV is missing mandatory columns. Get a template CSV file for the guests to have the right format.
