Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit www.clickon.ch. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible

The short version
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Fonts, icons and scripts are served from our own domain. The only exception is the bot check described below, which runs on our own server at captcha.clickon.ch.
- We receive personal data from you only when you send the contact form or ask to see our WhatsApp number.
Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which acts as our processor. To deliver pages and to defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data for every request: IP address, time, requested address, browser type and the approximate country derived from the IP address. We do not combine this data with other data and we do not use it to identify you. Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU. The transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Contact form
When you send the form we process your name, email address, company (if given), your message, the language of the page and the country derived from your IP address. We use this only to answer your enquiry. The message is sent to our mailbox through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation and any resulting business relationship require, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires us to keep them.
The legal basis under the GDPR, where it applies, is Art. 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Bot protection
The contact form and the WhatsApp button are protected by a captcha we host ourselves (Cap, at captcha.clickon.ch). Your browser solves a small computing task in the background. For this, your IP address is processed briefly on our server to limit abuse. The captcha sets no cookies, creates no profile and sends nothing to third parties. The form also contains an invisible field and measures how long it took to fill in, to recognise automated submissions.
Our WhatsApp number is shown only after you ask for it. If you then write to us on WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) applies to that conversation.
Theme preference
If you switch between the light and the black theme, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Links to other websites
Our product pages link to other websites, including eventor.app, billeo.ch and isburner.com. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or handed over. You can object to processing. Write to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
